Our Service Policies

Supercanic / Technologicall LLC DBA: Supercanic Effective Date: 01/02/2024 Terms and Conditions 1. General Overview These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Supercanic, a DBA of Technologicall LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”), including but not limited to automotive repair, maintenance, and online marketing or lead generation services related to junk car purchasing. By engaging our services, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms in full. 2. Vehicle Repair and Service Terms 2.1 Work Authorization By signing an estimate, invoice, or work order, the Customer authorizes Supercanic to perform the services described. Any additional repairs or parts required will be discussed and approved prior to completion. 2.2 Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days before your scheduled billing date or before work has begun on your vehicle, whichever occurs first. Once work has started on the vehicle, all payments made are non-refundable. Diagnostic fees, deposits, or parts ordered on behalf of the Customer are non-refundable once processing or work has begun. 2.3 Completion and Acceptance Upon completion, the Customer acknowledges that the vehicle has been repaired and tested to their satisfaction or has received video proof that it is running and driving under its own power with no engine warning lights. Acceptance of the vehicle constitutes approval of all charges and completion of contracted work. 3. Monthly Web Management for Junk Car Buying 3.1 Scope of Service Our monthly web management service is designed to generate and manage junk car buying leads for the Customer. This includes: Page Creation And Lead Management Lead tracking and form submission handling Posting and managing local junk car pickup listings Booking at least ten (10) junk car pickups per billing period on behalf of the Customer 3.2 Term and Renewal Each subscription term lasts one (1) month and automatically renews unless canceled at least three (3) days before the next billing date. 3.3 Refund Policy Monthly web management terms are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or unbooked pickups within a monthly period. 4. Payments All payments are due as stated on your invoice or billing agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services or a late fee at the Company’s discretion. 5. Liability Disclaimer The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or property beyond what is required by California law. For web management clients, the Company is not responsible for market fluctuations, third-party lead response times, or the performance of outside platforms. 6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the Riverside County Superior Court unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7.
